Blocked sewerage on a Sunday afternoon, called Jim's Plumbing, they turned up on time WOW!!!. Could have turned into a nightmare but the plumber turned up quickly, went straight to work and fixed the problem. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable you cant ask for anything more than that. All charges were explained at the time of booking and then repeated by the plumber when he arrived.Can thoroughly recommend their service and will be using them again.

Needed an old gas heater removed. Called Jims on a Tuesday evening and had a plumber out on the Wednesday morning. He was on time, efficient and friendly. Checked my gas line and found my oven/cooktop to be leaking. I'm in the process of replacing the cooking appliances but didn't know where to start! My current unit was capped and he advised me on how to go about replacing my appliances and the legal requirements I would need to factor in. Very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Jims Plumbing to everyone.

Booked a plumber to resolve a few plumbing problems since moving into a new home (leaking water in the laundry and a shower which was not water sealed correctly. The plumber was professional and fixed the issues on the spot and tidied up any mess as well. The plumber also provided advice for some future work I wish to undertake. I will definitely be booking Jim's Plumbing again!

- Had to get another independent plumber to come & fix the issue

- Called back Jims explained what happened & sent the invoice of the I independent plumber who fixed the issue(Which Jims requested BTW when I said an independent Plumber fixed the issue), Later got a call from Jims customer service and he’s then implying that I AM LYING & Jims plumber already fixed the issue & im making up stories to get my money back, HOW DARE THEY

- Will never use these guys again and will tell everybody I know to never use them

Story:

Had a blockage in the Toilet so called Jims and booked an appointment, Plumber called me and said he was 30 minutes away so I left work to come home, Then 30 minutes later I get a call from head office saying he was pulled to an emergency job so would be late, Ok fine that's ok with me, Plumber eventually arrived and he was good polite and explained things, No complaints there & this is appreciated. However he was in and out really quickly and didn't fix the issue but they still charged me $190, Said issue should be fixed but if problem persists to call again to get a Hydro machine & another call out fee would apply. Said he could not find the Inspection Shaft(IP) in my property so he cant do much. I called another plumbing service the following day and explained what happened with Jims. Within an hour he was at my property. Also as soon as he came he knew where the Inspection Shaft was, It was in my neighbors property (I live in a block of townhouses so he had called South East Water and found this out), There was no blockage in the inspection shaft, So he fixed up the issue in the toilet, The blockage was in the toilet. My question is if the second plumber could know where the Inspection Shaft(IP) is by making the effort and finding out why could not Jims?, Jims seem to want to be in & out quickly and not really make the effort, The plumber from Jims even asked me if he can borrow a bucket, They are plumbers aren't they don't they have their own equipment?.

Top it all off called Jims and explained what happened, they said they will lodge a complaint so I said ok, Jims requested me for an invoice from the other independent plumber so I followed up & got it & sent it to them, got a call back from guy from customer service & the attitude he gave me was I'm lying & the job was actually done properly by the Jims plumber & im trying to get my money back & basically implying I'm a liar trying to get money back for a job that was done properly by Jims , how dare he

Would not recommend Jims and would not use them ever again.

Another excellent experience with Jims Plumbing. We had a difficult installation done in the past not by Jims which involved a hot water system in our heritage home. We previously had a large old storage unit and we wanted to move to a more compact system and hide it away. Jims had lots of options and we ended up going with a unit that we were able to install in the Laundry area hidden behind a panel. The unit was large enough to supply the whole house with ample hot water and still be hidden. Luke was brilliant coming up with ideas and solutions and then finally completing the work that day.

We have since had Jims plumbing back to help with a gas upgrade to accommodate with a larger heater and kitchen appliance upgrade. Again, they had all the options and where able to complete the work right away. Thanks Jims Plumbing

Had my hot water heater repaired, just thought I would write a review, the price was fair for the work carried out and was repaired in a reasonable time. The plumber appeared cheerful and friendly, he was helpful and got the work done without any fuss. They were quick to attend and I would recommend them in the future if anyone is looking for a plumber. It certainly helps being reliable especially when I have a small family to look after!!!
