I am still waiting for a response from The Good Guys regarding the $800 Miele vacuum cleaner we dropped off to the Geelong store 02/10/2021 for repair. I have phoned the good guys on 5 seperate occasions. So far the advice I have been given is that store has lost our vacuum. I have been promised on 3 separate occasions by 3 seperate employees of your “Concierge service” that I will be emailed back with an update regarding when and how we might get our vacuum cleaner back. I have spent over 5 hours on hold in total and emailed your national team, the concierge service and your Facebook messenger service and am yet to be advised as to how you plan to manage this. I have not been able to attend your store because my child has been unwell and your phone service is rejecting incoming calls via recorded message. As far as I am aware you have lost my item, which you acknowledge I gave you and are simply intending not to reimburse me or replace what you have taken. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! This matter will to go Consumer Affairs and I will update the response.
