I am still waiting for a response from The Good Guys regarding the $800 Miele vacuum cleaner we dropped off to the Geelong store 02/10/2021 for repair. I have phoned the good guys on 5 seperate occasions. So far the advice I have been given is that store has lost our vacuum. I have been promised on 3 separate occasions by 3 seperate employees of your “Concierge service” that I will be emailed back with an update regarding when and how we might get our vacuum cleaner back. I have spent over 5 hours on hold in total and emailed your national team, the concierge service and your Facebook messenger service and am yet to be advised as to how you plan to manage this. I have not been able to attend your store because my child has been unwell and your phone service is rejecting incoming calls via recorded message. As far as I am aware you have lost my item, which you acknowledge I gave you and are simply intending not to reimburse me or replace what you have taken. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! This matter will to go Consumer Affairs and I will update the response.

Why would you go to The Good Guys and buy A Vaccum Cleaner 2 months ago and can't buy spare parts Go to Bunnings they will do anything for you and have lovely helpful staff not like the cashiers at your South Geelong Store.

we recently bought a new washing machine and i was amazed by how good there customer service is! when i rang up checking if they had the one i wanted in stock onky to find they were discontinued in that size they were happyto help me out and match the price with the larger one for me .. they then deliver and installed it.. definately recommend people to try these guys before anywhere else

i recently purchased a new washing machine,fridge and freezer and was quite surprised by the discount i received through paying cash,i came out 300 dollars better off than i expected i would every time i have shopped there the staff have been extremely helpful and not intrusive

I just bought a Fujitsu split system airconditioner. Service and price were fantastic. And to add to the pleasant experience, it was installed very professionally by Good Guys contractors two days later. Well done for a slick running business.

I have bought many products here and have only been disappointed once. It was a chef electric stove and would not cook to the temperatures of recipes. I was told by the saleslady that I had to adjust the oven and cook at a much higher temp. Not good enough. Stoves should be tested before sold. However, this may have been Chef's fault and not Good Guys. I will still shop there again.

Bought a microwave on the weekend. I always know these guys will give the best price, and service is great too.
