I purchased tow solar panels, a 300W flexible panel and 380W fixed solar panel from StarPower Advance Solar Technology on 8/03/2024. On 28/03/2024, I received the 300W flexible panel but did not receive the 380W panel. I rang and spoke to the company who said another deliver - the second panel was on its way. On the 7/04/2024, I received a complimentary gift from StarPower Advance Solar Technology (a solar panel alignment tool). I again rang the company on 8/04/2024 to find out what was happening with my solar panel. They said it had been delivered but wheen I explained what I had received they agreed to chase it up to find out what was happening. After several attempts to get the matter resolved I received a response through their chatroom saying a replacement solar panel would be sent. I received this panel on 22/04/2024, but the panel received was a 350W panel, not the 380W panel as ordered. I informed than via the chatroom that it was not the correct panel. While I received limited responses from the company initially, despite repeated attempts they have not responded to any of my online messages, emails of phone calls.
