This company is not trustworthy. The item i purchased was promised at time of order within 2 weeks. Now 4 weeks later and after multiple phone calls & online chats, I am no closer to obtaining the product. They have now finally said its just been dispatched, but they cannot provide a valid Aus Post tracking number. I don't believe a word that they are saying, I am pursuing a refund through my credit card company ...

I purchased tow solar panels, a 300W flexible panel and 380W fixed solar panel from StarPower Advance Solar Technology on 8/03/2024. On 28/03/2024, I received the 300W flexible panel but did not receive the 380W panel. I rang and spoke to the company who said another deliver - the second panel was on its way. On the 7/04/2024, I received a complimentary gift from StarPower Advance Solar Technology (a solar panel alignment tool). I again rang the company on 8/04/2024 to find out what was happening with my solar panel. They said it had been delivered but wheen I explained what I had received they agreed to chase it up to find out what was happening. After several attempts to get the matter resolved I received a response through their chatroom saying a replacement solar panel would be sent. I received this panel on 22/04/2024, but the panel received was a 350W panel, not the 380W panel as ordered. I informed than via the chatroom that it was not the correct panel. While I received limited responses from the company initially, despite repeated attempts they have not responded to any of my online messages, emails of phone calls.

This Company should be prohibited from operating. They take money for items they do not have in stock. 8 weeks ago I paid $750 for 2 300watt panels dc-dc charger cable and mounts.They claim problems with suppliers about panels (which other customers who actually got them found them to produce a small fraction of the output stated. They then lied that they would send part of the order while waiting for the panels ,then later lied they have posted the complete order(but were unable to give tracking). Nothing showed up and a request for a refund has been fobbed off. I have initiated a chargeback via my bank. The whole process has cost me a 3 month delay in setting up a system for my van, countless hours trying to call or "chat" and much angst. Dept of Fair Trading are next step.

Ordered product online. Took the money. Product never arrived. Called 5 times but can never get thru. Sent 2 tickets into their office for review, never replied either. 5 online chats - never replied. So, paid the money, received nothing. A scam!!

Contacted the company on the purchase of a solar panel that was ordered 3 weeks.
Told me that it will be there soon.
Guess what.. never arrived and missed the Easter holidays.
Not happy with this company with their delivery service.
Take you money very quickly, then forget about you.
Do not deal with this company.

I purchased two lithium batteries for our camper, and so far, a year on working as new.

Starpower is a scam. Their 380w panels are only 50w, it's lower quality than the worst stuff from China. They are aware of this since it is impossible for a panel that size to output 380w which is what makes it a scam not just poor quality.

Fantastic service! highly recommend star power solar. I purchased an Atem Power solar panel for my mother's home and have recently had it installed. It is perfect, as stated. I will need a lithium battery soon for my set-up and will be definitely purchasing through these guys again.
