Put my iPad in for battery replacement, it came back with screen damage. Delays, excuses and outright lies and headoffice never, ever ring back. Staff change over constantly and impossible to get an honest answer from them..

Incompetent liars
Put an iPad in for repair. Indicated it was urgent as going away in two weeks. Advised they had to get parts in to repair. Four weeks and they call to advise ready but already away. Six weeks go to pick up but advised not ready yet. Seven weeks and advise it fixed and is in the mail between Head Office and the store at Kippa-ring. Eight weeks and advised fixed but still in the mail. Nine week and advised ready to pick up. Pickup to be advised that they have not been able to repair item. This company, that has a number of stores around Brisbane, is both liars and incompetent and staff both at head office and their out stores changing all the time and no one prepared to take any responsibility. A terrible experience dealing with both the store and head office who never call back, ever.
