I would strongly issue caution to anyone who decides to go to EVH. If you have landed on this business as part of an emergency search for a suitable vet, if you have the time then watch this video first.
The video details my experience with this business and best you be aware of what you will be walking in to. I suspect that the other Vet Hospitals follow the same approach so I believe this to be a wider industry practice and something needs to be done about it.

I raised an issue with this business on 29th Feb 2024. They said they would respond to my issues within 5 business days. That has NOT happened. I have offered them multiple opportunities to do the right thing and they have chosen to ignore me, which I expected. The detail is in the video link.

Vet bullied family into surrendering dog went on to lie anfter complaints about offering them payment options. Very gaslighting about circumstances

Over priced and the receptionist / nurse was disinterested, inexperienced and slack.

Truly over priced and rude inexperience receptionist. $110 Fee for after hours, but the on charging of medications is double normal prices. I will never go there again, there are 24/7 vets that are much more resaonable or use a mobile vet
