Purchased dryer that came with shoddy AF brackets that fell off wall after one use, nearly falling onto 9 mths pregnant wife below, instead crushing my washing machine and leaving a dryer size hole in laundry wall.

Customer service advised that would definitely provide full refund and would organize courier to pick up.

Then received constant phone calls first thing each morning hassling us for more photos showing damage. No actual specification as to what these photos needed to show. In the end had to hang up as was just completely inappropriate.

Now received email advising that because the dryer still works fine (as if you're going to take that chance after it's fallen 1.5m off a wall whilst in use), they will deduct courier costs from full refund which was never specified during numerous conversations.

Referred to NSW Fair Trading, also trade as AGR Machinery, which if you google brings about plenty of poor reviews and similar experiences. Avoid.

Fantastic and personable service. Great value for money. They deliver to your door, and really happy with the quality of the work done. Cannot recommend enough.

Coffee is very good. You'd expect it to be for the price. Service is consistently rude. Have heard several stories from co-workers who have also wandered in slightly before 8am, lights are on, doors wide open, music blaring, only to be told by disinterested barista barely looking up from the paper that they're not open yet and to come back in four minutes time.

Used that four minutes to go somewhere else. Selling Aldi brand beer at premium prices is quite funny also.

In fairness, they sell themselves well to passers by in the afternoon. The paella looks amazing as they cook it in front of you.

Pity the morning staff simply can't be bothered.

Fantastic food. Great service. Aware of customers personal space. Let us sit down take our time and order. Place was packed yet food came quickly and cooked perfectly. Highest recommendation.

The Vermont South one is one of the absolute worst going around. Used to love the one in South Melbourne. How can you consistently stuff up what is essentially cheese on toast (triple dippers)? Made several complaints about the quality that have fallen on deaf ears.

Nightmare. Only customer in there yet service was unattentive and rude to the point where I felt like they didn't want my business. Everything seemed like too much effort.

Coffee was sub-McDonalds standard, burger OK, wings were presented terribly in either an oversized ashtray or undersized pet food bowl, drowned in half a bottle of hot sauce to hide that they were burnt beyond being edible.

Then to cap it all off, got charged twice the price advertised on all their signage. Won't be back.

Next to Dominos and Pizza Hut, they must be doing something right. Great menu range, even better customer service. Highly recommended. Service with a smile, great tasting pizza.

Breakfast is served promptly in a friendly manner. Chilled out even at its busiest. Nowhere near as pretentious as some of the other breakfast places on Carlisle. Gets my vote for best breakfast in St Kilda

Coffee is of a decent price, but they take their time in serving it to you. On a couple of occasions I've gone in there, and been bumped back in the queue when a friend of theirs or the police come in after me.

The atmosphere in there is unsettling. The owner is quite aggressive and surly.. You just want your coffee and to get out of there.

I prefer Garage round the corner.

Surprised at the value for money, wasn't completely overpriced, servings were huge.

Service, whilst intending to be friendly, came off as rude more often than not. Having said that, meals and drinks came out promptly and correctly.

Bad experience in that I booked a table for 20 people at 5pm, rang back a few hours later to amend booking, only to be told they didn't open till 5.30 anyway. Turn up to find out they'd given us three booths, rather than one big table, so socialising was slightly awkward.

Would go again.
