I have had problems with viruses and running extremely slow. When I saw the guys at PCR they were very helpful and did what they told me they were going to do. They rang me on a couple of occasions to advise what was going on and also they were very prompt in getting my laptop back to me as they new that it was important to me. Overall a sensational effort.
