Nathan provided the best experience I could ever expect whilst going through the whole mortgage process. He made every step of the way easy (without him it would have been so confusing!). I'd dealt with a couple of banks previously and didn't have even half the quality of service that Nathan provided. He was always happy to help and answer any questions I had.
