Really relaxing space with therapists that specialise in natural therapies, skin care, and massage to name a few. I have had a wax here, a full body massage and a couple of consultations with the naturopath and have always been satisfied with their professional service. They are a little expensive, so it is a very rare treat I get to enjoy.

Great decor - I heard they spent several million on the fit out, and it was worth it. Drinks are average, though their house wines are better than most. Food is really good, but the servings are tiny and really expensive - DEFINATELY NOT worth it! They also have a really funky events room upstairs that we used for a work function - very well organised. It seems to be the place for good looking people to be seen by all the other good looking people. It can get a bit too trashy as the night wears on, but what can you expect being situated in the heart of Kings Cross.

I just fell in love this place the first time I stepped through the doors. Fantastic decor - an eclectic collection of dining chairs and comfy arm chairs. They make wonderful hot chocolates - there are at least 10 different flavours! The desserts are to die for, and they have a liquor license so after dark they serve wine and cocktails. Great service by great looking staff. A bit expensive, but worth it when you want to treat yourself.

A nice, relaxed hairdressers - something that is hard to find in this industry. It is surprisingly good value, with professional, creative staff. It is cheaper if you get the head apprentice to do your cut - I did and it is as good as any done by a professional.

I did a beginners silver jewellery course here and just loved it. I learned so much about manipulating the metal and came out of it with two beautiful handmade pieces that I am so proud of. My teacher was Jess, and she was fantastic, really helpful. My only warning to anyone interested is to be careful of the solder torches. They had been fiddled with before I used one and it caught my hair on fire! Despite that I plan on going back for more this year.

This is a little studio that offers a range of evening art classes for adults. I took a beginners class for drawing and another for oil painting. I enjoyed the oil painting class so much I went back and did it for another term. The teachers are all professional artists and they give you plenty of room to explore your talents.

Great food, everything I have eaten there has been delicious - kind of basic meals but well prepared and often a bit different, even a little rich. The service here is rather non-existant though, be prepared to help yourself to menus and water and go up to the counter to be served. You will get some serious attitude from the staff if you treat them like waiters!

It is a bit hit and miss here with the doctors, some are lovely, but some are quite critical or seem unwilling to look into your problems properly. Wait times are pretty average for doctors.

Really lovely, understanding doctors. I have seen three different doctors here and all have been just wonderful. I would highly recommend this surgery, even though it is a bit expensive.

Really yummy gourmet thin crust pizza in a warm modern-rustic atmosphere. Great music, great staff, great smells.Went there for my birthday a while ago and they put a candle in my pizza.
