Having built with a number of builders over the years, my experience with Impressions has far exceeded my expectations. The main reason for this is Neil Boyd who is much more than a salesperson and provided levels of service that I thought were extinct. From my first meeting onwards with Neil I did not feel the hard sell and instead Neil was using all his knowledge and experience to help me get the house I wanted at the right price. After I did sign to build with Impressions Neil was available to communicate with throughout the whole pre start and build process. After building a number of houses with other builders, Neil Boyd is the only salesperson I have been able to have continuing contact with after the contract is signed. I understand Neil get's a lot of clients from repeat business and referrals.All I can say is he has got me and my family as client's for life. Thank you Neil for providing a level and service and care I thought had been long forgotten in the building industry.
