STAY AWAY!! THEY RUINED MULTIPLE DESIGNER OUTFITS!! SEE PHOTOS ON GOOGLE REVIEW!! One being a new Carla Zampatti dress that, like the others, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR!!! I physically dropped the dress off to Carla Zampatti’s CBD office where they looked at it and agreed it was the dry cleaners error so personally called Wash on the Rocks to settle this. The team from Carla Zampatti said they had never been spoken to so rudely and advised me NEVER TO USE THEM AGAIN. I AM SURE THEY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS EVER!! All ‘good’ reviews for this business are because they offer a discount on your next wash if you show a good review you posted. I know because they offered this!!

Terrible service !!

I called Wash on the Rocks and was advised over the phone that it is a same day service (which is also stated on their website) I then booked in to have my items picked up the next day - you can imagine my surprise when i returned to my hotel in the evening and my clothes had not been returned to me. I was in Sydney for work and had to go to dinner with my clients in the same clothes they had seen me in all day.

I called them the first thing the next day at 7.15am and was advised that the driver did not have time to drop them off but he was around the corner my clothes did not arrive until 8.10

the 'man' i spoke to on the phone was SUPER rude, yelled at me and kept saying it doesnt gurantee a same day service - I have since followed up by email to no response.

I finally called again today and asked to speak tot he owner who just kept stating that their order form advises some services take longer - i explained that my booking was taken over the phone and that i was assured it was a same day service !

Not only that several items of my clothing came back covered in lint and long black hair (which i do not have ! )

I had to resend all my clothes to the hotels laundry as they came back almost worse than i had sent them off.

These guys are great! Very helpful people. They are fast, efficient and very affordable. I will go again.

I took a really delicate silk dress here with quite a bad stain on it. They did a fantastic job of removing the stain without causing any damage to the dress. They talked to me about how they would go about cleaning the dress to ensure there was no damage to the buttons and trims and sure enough - it was all perfect when I picked up the dress. Can't tell you how many bad experiences I have had at other dry cleaners who stained dresses with dirty fluid and completely ruined my buttons. If you have anything special to dry clean - take it here.

Their great! When ever i'm in Sydney I use them. They are very cheap and do the job quickly. I recommend using them if you ever find yourself nearby.

Excellent service! Clean clothes for a fraction of what the hotel charges for valet. They have my business every time I'm in Sydney!!!

Wash on the Rocks is more than a dry cleaning & laundry service, it has a 'family business' feel to it. The owners and staff are so warm, friendly & professional, the service they provide is better than any other Sydney service i've used in the past. Wash on the Rocks take the very best care, there is no better dry cleaning or laundry service.

table cloths napkins, shirts came back perfect it would be impossible to get these items cleaned and pressed at home to this standard, fantastic work guys, you are the best
