I would not recommend. My grandson has special needs and this company either couldn’t or didn’t try to get some shots of him even though my daughter had paid upfront for her photos.
Not that difficult to get photos of a child who is going about his day!

Hi Jenny, the photos were scheduled for the last Friday before lock down. My team made several attempts throughout the day to take photos even with help of the staff. We would have continued trying another day if it weren't for lock down. My team always continue trying to capture shots throughout the day and consecutive days if they are in attendance.

They invite you for a $15 portrait at your child kindergarten , then take about 40-45 shots and make you emotionally invested by asking your child to smile again and again and after all they say " ok, you can choose 1 image or buy all for $300!

I've dealt with this business on two occasions and had slightly varying results, but overall I would say I was happy with their service.

They offer many types of photographic opportunities, but the one I was involved in was the Family Portrait Fundraising Offer. Appointments are made at 20 min or so intervals which sometimes isn't enough time to settle children down who don't want to have their photo taken. But the photographer we had on the second occasion was excellent at setting us at ease and making a few jokes to calm the children down.

A variety of poses is taken, and usually an adult is in the photos with the children - can be other family members too and I think one appointment included a dog.

So there are about three main poses and the photographer tries their best to make everyone look good. Helps if you wear clothes that somewhat match or echo each other, I found.

We paid an initial $12 and this gets a large portrait in a frame - first time wasn't great quality but second time was fine. Only trouble was, you didn't choose the pose. So you get that one and then at the viewing they show you the other poses and the various sizes from wallet to A4 to larger. These are quite costly and the trouble is, you want to get one of each but that can add up to a lot. There is also a CD option package.

I ended up spending about $65 more.

The photos were of good quality and the family looks great up on the wall.

The fundraising part goes to the organisation that arranged it, so it's helping non-profit groups. Depending on the photographer you get, you'll have a great experience. But be prepared to spend a bit to get the photos you want at the end.

Approximate cost: $12 initial cost for family portrait, then whatever you want to spend on others.
