Interstate removal – ACT to Newcastle. 50 cubic meters. We decided to utilise Safe Removalist based on the number of positive reviews. I rang to check that they were legit and the phone was answered immediately. Anna was very helpful. Sent me a spreadsheet which we completed and returned. We did need a bigger truck than I estimated. And thank goodness we got a bigger truck – nearly filled it.
Alex rang us 1.5 hrs before they arrived. They arrived just on 0900 as predicted. So far all going well. We had Alex and George. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They moved anything we asked to move. They were also polite and friendly. They worked very hard. Only stopped to have a quick drink. We left ACT about 1230 and met at our new house at 1730. Once again, they worked non-stop. Finishing at 2100. Always remained friendly.
The good. No damage to the house or anything they transported. They took so much care in moving the furniture, wrapping and stacking. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and was very happy with Alex and George. Very professional.
The bad. Nothing

It’s not often that I write a review, but I felt that I must compliment Michael, Kyle and Mark for the wonderful job they did in moving us from our home of 32 years. Another Safe Removalist truck and crew also moved our daughter and her family into our home on the same day. Quite a feat! We were all delighted with how the moving went.
The men were professional, courteous, concerned for us, calm and careful about all our furnishings, even shrink wrapping some treasured pieces of furniture. I had expected a lot of drama but that was not the case fortunately.

From start to finish Safe removalists made our move hassle free and covered all bases. We called and made the booking through Anna who reassured us that the moving team would go above and beyond and they did exactly that! Mark and Vlad were so quick at moving our furniture and were polite and professional through the whole process. They were so careful with our antique furniture and communicated with us consistently throughout the day to make sure that we were always on the same page. They also took apart our beds and reassembled them at our new place so quickly! We cannot recommend safe removalists enough and would not hesitate to use them again!

This business is a disgrace. They sub contracted another business with a bad reputation to do my interstate move without letting me know ending in trashed goods worth over $9k. There was no support at all from Safe Removalist in helping to resolve this. They left us alone with all the hassles of a claim and did not compensate the time we had to waste for this either!

I sincerely Thank Vitaliy and Vova for their outstanding work for me today. I had been very concerned about moving large pieces of antique furniture - Guys did a fantastic job. As well as getting large pieces of furniture into difficult spaces - they moved furniture around for me until I was happy that everything was in the best possible position. And on top of that they did it all with cheerful professionalism! Nothing was too much trouble. I am more than happy to recommend Safe REMOVALIST and his guys.

Vitaliy and Igor were just fantastic. They were extremely efficient, careful and very cheerful, considering the difficulty of our move. We have a very steep drive which added to the difficulty of getting lots of heavy items out. They provided great service and it was a pleasure dealing with them. The whole experience with SAFE REMOVALIST was very smooth from the efficiency and detail of the paper work to the care with which they handled our move. Great job and many thanks once again.

The boys were very professional and took great care moving all our stuff. They made it look effortless and easy all with a smile and courteous manner. They were very quick and overall the move took less than I had first thought. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend SAFE REMOVALSIT to my friends.
