Had 2 properties with Gem both properties mismanaged with terrible tenants in both homes where I was out of pocket 7k on one and 12k on the other would not recommend GEM Medina to anyone yes we had insurance but the rent owing should never been able to get that high

Im not sure who you are, and I cannot recall 2 properties with tenants owing those amounts, but I am sorry this has happened to you - most landlords have a responsibility to have adequate landlord insurance to protect you when the tenant doesnt do the right thing- real estate agents cannot control the actions of tenants.
