I would not recommend this business at all. We purchased our car 2wks ago I went to pick it up today and it had grease marks all over it and yellow paint on the bonnet. Poor service, I haven't received one call in the whole two weeks except for 2 calls after I'd requested to be called back. We are still waiting for our car. Extremely disappointed. I am 30 weeks pregnant so let's hope this baby doesn't come early! Will never deal with Klosters again.

Just after Christmas our 1 1/2 year old maltese-poodle brought a sachet of rat sack out to my partner. It was open and we weren't sure whether she had ingested any. Our regular vet had just closed as it was a Saturday aftenroon and they referred us to NAREC. Straight away all I could think of is there goes $500+ we gave them a call (I think I spoke with Stacey) and she was friendly and informative. She advised of the problems that Milly would experience if she had ingested the rat sack and we didn't have her seen to and let us know what the process would be if we were to bring her in. We were about 70% sure she hadn't eaten any but it was better to be safe than sorry. When we arrived, again the vet nurse explained to us what the procedure would be - to make her vomit and see if there was anything in her stomach. If there is, we'd be looking at some treatment, if not she would be fine as we had got her there within 30 minutes of her picking the sachet up. Thankfully Milly had not eaten any and only carried the sachet out of the garden shed. Even though $198 is a lot of money only a few days after Christmas we were really happy that's all it cost us. The consult fee was around $127. Being an 'Emergency Vet' we expected to be over charged and Milly be given additional treatment that was potentially not required. We had a good experience & happy to say Milly is back to her hypo self. Thanks!
