This is a relatively new clenic in Pakenham. The doctors and staff are Very friendly and approachable. I have seen both doctors, but mostly Dr Zaman Bhuiyan. Don't let the foreign names put you off. Unlike some, their English is perfect, and they have been practicing in Melbourne for most of their long 20+ yr careers.

They have always bulk billed me
They do minor surgery.
Their waiting times are reasonable.
They advertise walk in's, but I've always booked an appointment for a quicker service.

I recently moved house and have used them more than once in the past. They manage to take the stress out of the actual move. They package things correctly, and nothing is too big or fragile for them to handle.

It was a pleasure to have used them, and I'll be using them again if I ever move again.

I have been a member of (Until recently HBA. Now BUPA) since early 1980's.

I have a simple cheap dental claim, which I filled via their website. When the refund didn't reach my bank account a few days later, I phoned them and was told there was an error with my banks BSB number, and that a digit was missing off it, and they would have to trace where the money had gone.

After thinking about this information later on, I found it a little strange because realising a missing digit off a banks BSB number should have automatically been rejected, hence their records should have shown this.

Anyway, after 5 different phone calls over a 30 day period, and a different Rep. every time I called telling me the same story, I started to get a little peeved.

I have since contacted the Ombudsman and they are investigating it, but of course can't do anything until a certain time period has elapsed without the health fund resolving it.

My claim was submitted on the 21 June 2012 and it is now the 3rd of August 2012 and I still have no more information on my refund.

UPDATE: 06/08/2012 - I finally got my rebate today but only because of the ombudsman complaint I made.

I had new roller blinds - blockout & sunscreen blinds made and fitted for my entire house. Very friendly staff and took the time to answer my questions etc. From ordering to completed and fitted was only 5 days. Very professional !!!

I had to get my mobile fixed. It was a bit iffy whether or not it would be covered by warranty, so under their own steam without any input from me, they put in a different description to make sure it was covered. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This dentist did a good job. I had decay and broke a wisdom tooth. Fast appointment time - Next day. I have gone to others and have found some to be a much worse and more expensive. I'm happy with their service and they didn't over price or pressure me into any other procedures or costs. They used white filling, not metal one. They are good and their prices are normal. The price below was for 2 xrays + one filling x 2 sides on a wisdom tooth. They also wavered the consultation fee.
