Had our small dog clipped earlier this week. After the service, the lady pointed out a sore under the hind leg which she claimed was already there. Our dog was instantly distressed after the clipping, limping and licking the wound, which by the next day had torn open into a serious gash. This resulted in a $480 vet bill. When we asked the business owner to cover the vet bill she denied any wrong doing, when it is more than clear that the injury was a direct result of the clipping. Very dissatisfied with the service, professionalism and would not be surprised if this business even has insurance as any decent business would have offered compensation.
