Went to see Lisa about advice for eating issues. She was friendly, welcoming, encouraging, and made me feel comfortable and willing to discuss my issues. Her advice was sound and made sense. She was not condescending or judgemental, and I felt respected. She took time to listen to me and I didn't feel rushed. I felt that she had the qualifications and experience required to deal with my problem. I definitely recommend her to anyone requiring a dietitian.

Went here recently for my first appointment. Had trouble finding the building, it would be great if they could give first timers some directions - guess I should have Google mapped it. I went to front counter, they told me I was to go to the second counter further down the building. Person did not make eye contact or greet me, I felt like I was unimportant. Staff at next counter were quite friendly and gave me great advice about how to get there next time and where to park. Actual dermatologist was very short and abrupt but knowledgeable and did the job required. I will continue to go there for the good results, but customer service is a bit hit and miss.

Adam always arrives on time, his edging is precise and he doesn't scalp the lawn, so it always looks great when he finishes. He has also brought my bins in, and picked up the dog poo that I missed. He works on $35/hr, and I agreed with him that I would pay $40 per mow for a regular service. He is quiet but polite.

I have been to Ultratune 3 times with my car. Each time they have booked me in at the time and day that I wanted. They have repaired the problem first time and at the price quoted before they start the job. Car was ready on time. Once they gave me a lift to work. I like the follow up phone call a couple of weeks later to ask you if you are happy with the service...it gives you a chance to talk about any problems (not that I've had any) and shows that they care about their service and want feedback. I will continue to use them for my car care.

Apartment was clean and looked like the photos on the website. Across the road from beach, short walk to pier and restaurants. Modern furniture, dishwasher, large fridge, laundry, everything needed for a home away from home. Computer in our room, unfortunately the host couldn't get the broadband to connect for the whole 5 day stay. The website doesn't mention that a coffee shop is in the grounds right at the base of the building. Chairs and tables are dragged outside at 7am 6 days a week - don't expect to sleep in. If you happen to be on the ground floor, then you have the coffee shop patrons watching you eat as the dining table is on the balcony. Due to the host's indifference to our concerns and complaints, I wouldn't stay there again and couldn't recommend it for anyone but deaf or hard of hearing people.

Slow service, high staff turnover, often run out of key ingredients. Everything is more expensive than at the Subway I go to when at work. Finally boycotting them, not worth the wait.

Friendly service, wide choice of lollies, prices a bit more expensive than the supermarket for the common current lollies, but there are so many lollies that aren't available at the supermarket. English, US and NZ favourites are there.
