Was after a new phone walked all over Smithfield looking for a good deal. Should have gone straight to Telstra shop. Saw a staff member there and she was able to get me the new iPhone 5 on a great plan. Transferred my number over and had me up and running within 15 minutes. Staff always happy to help got best deal and found them so helpful I couldn't help but smile. Wish all Telstra staff were this good.

I went to clinic as had problem spots and was booked in quickly and easily and when I arrived was promptly seen and looked after. Receptionist very friendly was treated like a person not a number. Also booked appointment for my partner and they were seen quickly found a cancer spot and it was removed and stitched quickly. Scar tissue was minimal and partner couldn't be happier. They also remind you via letter when your next appointment is and are the best in cairns.

Best store for blue ray DVD in either 2D or 3D. Service is always quick and DVDs are always cleaned and buffed before leaving the store. Lots of titles and lots of candy to buy as well. Good American candy that is wonderful. Staff always with a smile and a great hello. Never a problem to see if they have a movie in stock or if out they ring you when it is in store and put it aside for you. Best store on the northern beaches of cairns

They provided a good service for my dog. The only problem I had was the bill was incorrect and it took 3 staff to sort it all out. Was not happy wasting my day for a simple pick up of my dog after desexing. Got told it was $270 all up ended up costing $285 was not happy.

They have the cheapest prices in white goods and everything else for the home decorated. They also give trades a 5% discount on their purchases when you join them. Best place for the home renovator. Total hardware and home maker centre from plants to full kitchens. Cannot go past their service. All staff know their products and will escort customers to any area and hand customer over to expert in that section of store.

The best fish and chips my partner has ever had in the cairns area. They also do great hamburgers for those who are allergic to seafood. There is something for everyone at their restaurant. It also does takeaway which is great if you want to eat on the beach.

Total groom and wash of my dogs. They send SMS the day before telling you when they will be arriving. Always on time and the dogs love them. The dogs are handled with total care and the owners are both animal lovers as well. I would trust them to do my dogs every single time. Absolutely love their service.
