I am always buying my electrical items from the good guys. They have lot's of knowledgeable staff members and the shop lay out is so convenient. Recently a friend and I went to buy a popcorn maker, we went straight to the shelf, saw the item, saw the price and walked straight to the cashier, who was ready and waiting. What we loved the most is when we went to pay via eftpos she offered us the cash price which was cheaper. Absolutely fantastic to get a discount without having to ask.

Last time I went into get some party supplies I could not find anyone to ask about some products. Also found that some of the items like paper serviettes and cups/plates were cheaper elsewhere. Ended up buying very little. Although there range is good, it's just becomes a little too expensive when trying to have a party.

Just popped in to look around. Was looking for some accessories, they had a good variety and had some on sale. Bought sunglasses and a necklace. Store was empty and some of the staff were chatting (which did not bother me at all as I was happy to browse). Took items to the check out, staff member came over straight away with a smile, said good bargains aren't they? and we had a quick chat, she was very lovely and personable. Wished me a good day.

Was just walking past and saw some items on sale at the front of store. They were good prices so bought a few different items. No one approached me I just went over the check out and lady was friendly. It was a quick and easy transaction fairly standard and basically what you would expect in this sitution.

went in to purchase a no contract mobile phone as mine had broken. I had a look at what was available in my price range and there were two to choose from. was ready to buy it straight away. I went to look for a customer service person, and there was no one to be seen, I then saw a couple of staff members with customers, but they did not even acknowledge I was standing there. I went to the check out area and there were a couple of customers waiting and after a few minutes someone came out from the back. asked what i needed and help me with my purchase, was not the best or the worst service just pretty average and especially for such a big store. would probably have walked out if I was not desperately needing to get a new phone.

went in to buy kids some swimming goggles. They had a good range and I just picked a middle of the range brand. No one approached us to see if we needed any help. The place is so big I don't think I saw one staff member except when using the checkout. I also later saw the same goggles for a cheaper price, so felt a little ripped off. They won't be my first choice next time I will shop around for the better price.

when on holidays down south we were looking for some water activites for kids, went into the local clark rubber store, they were all very friendly and the range was amazing. the shop is set out really well and you could really spend a whole day just looking around. my local clark rubber is also great which is why I went into their store on holidays. (new what to expect)

they definitely have the cheapest prices and best variety. service is generally ok, but they don't seem knowledgeable, last experience there I asked the girl for some advice on whether some products were australian made and she really did not know but just kept guessing I went away very confused and had to make my own decision, she tried but was just not convincing. they really need to have better product training.

these guys know their business, we went for a 40th birthday, they not only provided excellent food and great drinks, nothing was too much trouble. Atmosphere was fun and friendly, even went as far as giving our waiter a direct compliment to his manager, we were all very impressed...
