Mostly I have found these guy's to be competent at their job.However on 1 occasion we had a problem when the mechanic couldn't diagnose the problem and suggested we replace plugs and hoses at a cost of approx $300 to us, only to find out that wasn't the problem at all.NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!! Then didn't know what was wrong and had no other ideas.We took the car to AUTO centre on Sherriffs Rd he diagnosed the problem immediately .Taking your car to the manufacturer you expect the best and in this case we didn't get it.

Peter came to gyprock up a large hole in our wall were we had an old gas heater.He provided us with a top quality job, you would never know there had been such a large hole there once he completed the job. He charged a reasonable price and cleaned up after himself.Very happy!!

If you buy 4 new Tyre's these guys offer a great service plan. Your first couple of wheel alignments are free.You don't get this a t bob jane tmart! The guy's there are friendly and have your car ready on time.

When I bought a sofa bed and 2 seater sofa from these guys I had a problem when it was delivered,the mattress was not the right one on the sofa bed.I had ordered a thicker mattress.I phoned them immediately and they resolved my problem.They came to collect both sofas the next day so that the dye lot of the fabric would be the same when they made up the correct sofa bed.(something I had'nt even thought of) well done Harvey Norman great customer service.

The staff are always friendly and the variety of cakes is great.If your after a cake for a special occasion the staff are happy to accommodate your needs if you give them 24hrs notice.Absolutely Delicious

They gave us a good trade in price for our old car.The staff there are always friendly.When having a service done they offer a free drop off and pick up service,very helpful when you have a young baby.The price on servicing is a lot more expensive because its being done a dealer,but with extended warranty you need to go to dealer to maintain your warranty.

I love their mango smoothies and you get 2 cinnamon donuts for 50 cents when you purchase a drink.I find their frozen cokes are a bit to frozen(not a nice consistency).They have a loyalty program where you get a drinks card once you have bought 6 drinks you get 1 for free.

The staff are polite the variety of cheap birthday cards etc very good,you can also get cheaper toiletry product, shampoo etc.The childrens craft ideas are good and affordable.The only complaint I would have about the shop is its hard to maneuver a pusher around the shop, there is just not enough room!

We loved it! The kids club there is great you can leave the kids to play in this kids wonderland and go off for a few hours to do some shopping.The kids had a ball and the staff had different activities for them to do each day.AND ITS FREE! We had dinner at Sinbads restaurant nearly every night,the all you can eat buffet is great,plenty to choose from.The staff at the courtesy desk were very friendly and would book your day trips for you. The rooms were cleaned daily.The only down side was we went in October when they were setting up for Indy car race, and the tour bus couldnt pick us up in front of resort when we were going home because of road closures and we had to walk 2 kms with 2 small children and our luggage to get our bus.NOT THE RESORTS FAULT. But dont go in October.

I quite often shop here for kids clothes I find that the prices are great and you can often find items that are out at clearance prices.The quality of the clothing is usually very good,although recently I bought tracksuit pants for my 8 yr old son and after only 3 wears I found a small hole starting to appear.The staff are generally polite and approachable.Iwould suggest if your buying kids school hats not to buy them here as they fade in no time,your better off buying hats from the school uniform shop.
