My husband, mother and myself went to this store early in the morning on Saturday 13 February to look for a pram as I am due to have our baby mid April. We wandered for approximately 15 minutes looking at prams without being greeted by either of the young sales girls, who were too busy chatting amongst themselves at the counter to even greet us even though we were the only customers in the store. When we were greeted it was with 'How are youse?', which I thought was quite unprofessional and then the sales girl knew nothing about the product we were enquiring after! After trying to work out where the clips on the pram were supposed to go she was interrupted by who I think was the manager, who took her away without so much as a sideways glance at us to help another customer she had supposedly served the day before and had forgotten to give half of the lady's purchase to! We were left standing in the middle of the shop with our mouths open, unable to believe the rudeness of the staff in this place!

Also, the prices of standard stock that we had seen in other stores were in some instances $100 dearer here than they were at some of the baby shops in Perth.

I would prefer to order my pram from the eastern states and pay the extra $100 in postage than give this shop my business, and I live in Mandurah!

Also, I think the first rating for this place was put on here by the shop!
