After only my second session I was converted yet I am still completely baffled by Bars. I would consider myself quite open minded in relation to alternative therapies yet have had little long term success. Bars was suggested by a dear friend who really couldn't explain it but thought there was something about it worth trying, so I did.

After my first session I did not notice a great deal but weeks later things (my life) started to fall apart and I thought lets give Bars another go. I am so happy that I did. It was after this session that I noticed real changes.

I would absolutely recommend trying Bars and with Alex you are in good hands. He is welcoming and as he does it from a dedicated room with in his home there is no waiting rooms and parking stresses and there is no feeling of being rushed. The best part is he gives you LOLLIES!

For me during the sessions I am incredibly relaxed (which is a difficult task for me) and at different stages throughout it I have a rush of warmth and energy pass through me. Following the session the relaxed state stays with me and weirdly stays with me in my thoughts and reactions in the following weeks. It is subtle but a definite benefit to me. Being an overly sensitive person I have found that I was reflecting differently and without harsh judgement on myself. I am able to see things with more perspective. My work life has improved as I have accepted that it is what it is. My friendships have deepened. My family had become closer.

Bars is facilitating this change within me.
