Our 11 yo cat has stayed at Hanrob Heathcote quite a few times now and she is always well cared for and returns to us happy and healthy each time. We hate leaving her but we know she is safe and well looked after at Hanrob.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hanrob to someone who needs to feel their pet is safe and happy and in good hands when they are on holidays. Charlie has stayed with Hanrob a few times now and she is familiar with the lovely accommodation and the handlers so she has no anxiety staying here.
