Just a short note to say thanks for our recent EFT session. As you know, I was skeptical about the efficacy of hypnosis but decided to give it a go after have tried everything else for my anxieties - with limited success. I don't know how tapping works but its remarkable. I use the hypnosis recordings and EFT between sessions, and continue to feel better. I'm still dealing with my anxiety but the fear factor is greatly reduced. All thanks to you!
