After getting charged $40 instead of $4 on PayPass (not being shown the eftpos machine prior to the card being tapped seeing as the employee took my card and tapped it for me) I asked for a refund to my credit card instead of cash, I then Waited for the manager to then be told I can take cash or I can wait for the owner to drive from his home to put the code in the eftpos machine to enable the credit to my credit card (whilst saying it in a smart alic way) I then told the manager that as a take away shop owner myself in warilla nsw that I can trust my employees enough to tell them the code he then replied to me that his boss doesn't trust them with the code. After that remark I agreed to take cash and walk away, after the realisation that the owner of the company can't trust his own employees let alone managers told me enough about the business to thank my lucky stars that I walked away with cash at the least! Droost is a complete joke of a business in my eyes due to the simple fact that the owner can't even trust the people he pays. Good luck droost and its owner, as i will never understand as a business owner how you can survive without trust in the people you pay.
