Worst service experienced ever in car dealerships. Staff is not interested in helping customer at all. All they care is probably to sell the cars. They pretend they work, but instead sit infront the computer and chatting to each other, reffering customer to each other. Long wait on the phone, too many call transferring, promising to call back when number left, but never called back.
When talking about issue to branch manager, Mrs. Karen Trandafilu, no interest showed from her side to improve customer service at all.
When asked simple question about light blinking on dashboard, they immediately want to book service, instead of finding what actual question/ problem is !!!
"GREAT JOB" TOYOTA Wollongong North!!! YOU have a LOT to LEARN about customer service!!!!
