Look honestly, for the price (you get exactly what you need) but be patient (to get prices like this no other competitor can go close to matching) don’t get upset should the estimated ETA blow out to the longer period 2-4 weeks. Mine arrived 4 weeks to the day it was purchased. Itech do send email updates and almost as instant as the purchase being made and it was nice to get these almost on a daily (reassurance) basis. Don’t get upset with the telephone customer service option either (is say itech will soon have that option to contact them fixed at some point) and so if you want to save serious dollars (truely) don’t pass itech (same expensive item for nearly $1000.00AUD less than any EcoFlow retailer options (inevitably, if you do the maths) you do not save buying this gear from a usual shop (unless it’s from itech) because (I found) * just to have the convenience of having stock ‘ready to go’ WILL COST YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAVE (if you want the product without the wait then pay the nearly $1000.00 usual retailers charge (yet are never able to beat itech’s prices) SAVE SAVE SAVE BUY FROM ITECH
Also (tip) by not using your Paypal & utilising the bank method of transfer (SAVE more again at checkout!)
It’s another saving on top of the blistering low price (RE EcoFlow Delta pro) & who could argue with the very low postage fee and professional delivery company itech do select to use (be prepared to have a trolly and assist delivery staff when your purchase arrives)

A NIGHTMARE THAT WAS WAITING TO HAPPEN
Rude, intimidating and threatening
Be weiry this guy needs urgent mental health support
A living hell of an experience for a three day task taking this guy 3months and only to ‘ripp out’ his work
The experience cost me dearly and is likely to cost me much more
Left my car and personal possessions insecurely on the street LAUGHS when request he secures it better
Likes to tell his lackie’s to inform his clients he is ‘away on personal matters’ (yet) Stevie likes to accept many other jobs leaving mine on the outer further
Blames his customer threatens to rip his so called work out requesting customer apology OR ELSE
Locked my car up over the long Xmas break without any indication or knowledge of when he returns with no signage when he was supposed to have car finished mid December
* on a day his receptionist tells me he would call to update me
Gets his lackies and receptionist to lie for him and receptionist acts all silly like she knows nothing ‘mbut I’ll get him to call you’ never does (consistently)
The experience cost me thousands in emergency plan b type plans of transportation as I was in process of moving interstate (and go camping with my car)
This guy seems to have no ABN and if you like a ‘stand over’ mechanic who has little clue what auto electricals in Subaru then maybe choose wisely
Sometimes you need to either pay a little more or wait for a ‘good’ rock solid mechanic who has the ability to provide updates and top workmanship
I didn’t find any of that with this guy
Charged me 1$ to now have expensive assessments as I’m almost sure he is the type to sabotage my car in any event things go wrong
I didn’t feel safe going back to collect my car either (it was that bad)
