CHERMSIDE - Worst staff and horrid customer service every single time I have attempted to purchase and go. They just completely ignore you. This morning I got in there before 8am. Staff member with glasses was serving customer macarons. I lined up after two other people. Once she'd done serving her, she kept on about refilling the macarons. The line started to build. I ask if she could please serve. Threw her arm to the right stating that another would be with us. I then asked another inept staff member filling pastries if she would serve. Ignored me. The old fart at the front of our line then put his two cents in from the other counter, so I told him off in my Italian language. Then the long-haired entitled female getting served decided to put her five cents in, informing me how busy they were. There was noone sitting at the tables, yet, the line up behind was growing. Fed up I walked up to the pastries filler and told her that this happens every single time I come in. Which is, ignore those standing at the counter. So, it has been building up ever since they established themselves at Chermside. Without fail, they just enjoy ignoring those standing at the counter. Ordinarily, I am happy to wait BECAUSE the tables are full and no doubt they are filling those orders. Absolutely pathetic individuals and there is NO way in hell I would stand for any of that if I held a position of supervision. Customers have always been very important in my book. Customer service is critically mortifying in today's society.

Never a dull moment. The best chips around. Apart from when hubby decided to drive to Blockbuster at Aspley to pick up a DVD and then they are ruined. But, that is the only fault, but, not of the store itself.
