Absolutely horrifying experience. We had a safety net installed in Perth and it completely wrecked our pool, with the company absolving themselves of responsibility. We have been left with a wrecked pool and no safety net. Customer service was lovely until there was a problem and then they have been rude and aggressive. Safety nets are so important, just do not use this company.
