This company intimated an elderly woman after she had a TV delivered. She found loose paperwork with other customers full details on it. This company then started intimidating this elderly lady as this elderly lady had made them aware of this and their privacy policy. This company has a lack of care for people and their privacy. Please be careful if you shop here as your private identity details could end up anywhere. The TV was in the wrong box and she was not informed that it was display stock. Nor does she have original TV warranty nor original TV instructions....
Why are elderly people treated with such disregard...

Phoned them 2 weeks ago. Told me I will have my call returned.....still waiting. Disgusting...no care at all. Happy to take your hard earned though!!!!
