I've used Jess for two travel experiences and both times my trips ran smoothly. The first to South America came with excellent travel advice. It was during this trip I learnt her customer service was second to none. When flight times changed for my return to Australia, she not only helped me, but reassured my mother I would make it home for Christmas!! My partner and I also recently had help from Jess planning our American holiday. We had lots of great travel suggestions and advice on how long we would need in each place to get a real feel for the place. She had some great advice for travelling to Cuba and helped us with all visa requirements. I would definitely suggest using Jess if you want a well-researched travel expert and excellent communicator.
