I love the products in this store and have spent considerable amounts of money on gifts each year. I am, however, extremely disappointed that the store would not accept exchange on a purchased item, which I innocently bought in error (wrong colour and style). I understand the product was a 'sale item' but I was not seeking refund and would have actually spent more money to get my preferred item. I consider myself a valuable customer and believe I should have been cut a little slack in this instance. Perhaps the store could in future warn/remind customers upon purchase that there is no exchange on sale items. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store nor will I be recommending it to anyone... this experience has seriously put me off.
