Being a senior manager and leading a busy schedule outside of work, the pressures and ( mostly positive ) stress can take its toll.. personal loss and short bouts of losing sleep led me to Stewart's door about 2 years ago.. since then, I've been seeing Stewart about quarterly to keep I leave Stewart's sessions focusses, relaxed and energised!
