Great little coffee shop offering a variety of food from snacks to main meals and THE BEST cappuccino. I say that because it is consistently of a high standard - just perfect! The wait staff are a smiling, friendly lot and always welcoming. They have copies of the Courier Mail there and are happy to allow you to do the crossword ---- wonderful when you're on your own and don't have a book to read! I work from home so go there almost every day to take a break from my workplace. There are regular discounts on food items and they offer a loyalty card with a free coffee after every 5 coffees bought. Although I don't eat there every day, I see many of the same faces there each day who do eat meals and obviously love it since they keep coming back!!!

Highly qualified/experienced massage therapist. Worked with AIS and elite sportspeople. Listens to what I want and has given me a pain free neck and arm. Always on time, clean rooms, very flexible with appointment times, excellent value for money. I get back full amount for a half hour session from my health fund which means I can have 26 'free' massages a year. I haven't tried the Bowen Therapy treatment so can't comment on that.

Thai Galanga is right up there with the best Thai restaurants we've been to. The staff are friendly and courteous , the food is always scrumptious and great value for money
