As i work in a business where i am serving people 99% of the time, when i go into a shop i expect great customer service, which was not the case this time. After saying heelo, how are you to the checkout chick i got absolutley no reply, which straight away makes me rude to the person serving me. Unfortunatley i cannot remember this girls name. A really dissappointing experience in this retail outlet.

My experience has been great..... customer service is good, but it really depends on who is behind the counter. some staff are a little stressed if it busy, but then again they should be able to handle it and keep their service up to standards. Prices can be a bit expensive but you have to expect that for a service station, that's where they make their money

A family run business and genuine people. Always service with a smile and my daughter loves our trips to there as she sometimes gets a free lolly. As soon as i walk through the door i am acknowledged and asked how my day has been. Upon leaving my daughter waves and they are just as friendly back to her which is all i could ask for. My daughter loves the attention.
