I bought my daughter some Charlie and Lola books from here. When you bought two books you received a free Charlie and Lola book stand. The assistant was friendly, the books were on a great sale price, and the books stands are adorable! Very happy customer :0)

Bought a pair of jeans which I didn't wear straight away. Then bought a top a few weeks later that I thought would go with the jeans to wear to a party. When I put them on that night, the top had faulty stitching with an inch of seam not sewn together, and the jeans which I hadn't worn since I tried them on, had a faulty button which broke in half. When i tried to return the items, the assistant was EXTREMELY rude. She said I couldn't return or exchange the jeans because I was a couple of days past their 'return policy', and she actually counted the days on a calender in front of me to see if the top was returnable. I had the receipt as proof, and she huffed and puffed as she got another top off the rack and threw it across the counter at me. I have never experienced such rude non-service in my life and I regret not going to the office of consumer affairs over the jeans. I would never shop there again!
