I tried Essential Beauty for waxing as well, i only tried cause it was new and very cheap and thought i would give it a go. I usually go to Pure Indulgence at Chaddie for my waxing, its more expensive but GREAT! Essential Beauty first stuffed up my time of appointment, then when i went back to the shop I waited 10 mins for someone to serve me no on in the shop at all!! my waxing wasn't great, she left hairs there and didn't get out my ingrown. she was rude and i didn't want to say oh excuse me can you get that i was too scared. The wax was too hot, and boy did she hurt, i'm not best when it get waxed down there at the best of times but that wasn't great!! i doubt i'll ever go back there for anything!!!

Bread Top on Burke Street, Melbourne was a great first experience, i went there with a friend of mine one morning when we were hung over. The bread and little cakes and stuff is very sweet and perfect when you have a sweet tooth. Its not a bakery where you just want to get some great fresh bread, its a specialty shop. I can't go there all the time as its too sweet for you, but its a great place for those special occasions and you want nice sweet cake!!!

I went to Nail 2 Nail as you suggested with my girlfriend, we actually found it to be alot cheaper than the nail place upstairs who charged over $100.00 for a set of nails. Chenda doesn't work there anymore but found Wendy & Narelle to be very helpful. I was slightly concerned about Wendy after what you said but found her to be quite funny while she was doing my nails. I love my Gel nails, Narelle is very good if you want to make a colour if you can't find one you like but she doesn't work everyday apprently. We all had a laugh and had fun while we were getting our nails done.
