Excellent tasting food, best ingredients. Be sure that if you call and make a delivery order that they actually write that you have a $50 note on docket, I as I told them i needed change for $50 and info was not passed onto driver. Free prawn crackers were stale but who cares the paid food was amazingly good. This place I have been going to for the last 18 years!

Have been to this place twice first time was bad, second time was awful. I went a second time as I really wanted to give them a chance to change my mind.

I had acrylic nails done with shellac each time.

Both times the shellac was not painted on properly and was very noticeably missing from sides of entire nail including the tip, was put on with such carelessness, that chunks of dry shellac have made my tips uneven, crooked, and bumpy.

Dints in my acrylic nail bed, nails are uneven one side is thicker than the other huge difference on each nail. Nails were not buffed smoothly, there was not a smooth rounding to them it had angles where it should have been smooth and flat/rounded. I tried explaining this to 3 staff members but none of them had enough english speaking skills to comprehend what I was saying although I tried very hard.

With colours I have a hard time picking, usually takes me the entire time to pick one. After I picked a colour, they told me they didn't have it anymore, umm thanks for letting me waste my time.

The first time I went, I got a "mood colour" the lady put the wrong finish coat, on my my first 2 nails and then when I asked what she did she said she only did it to one nail by mistake. She straight out lied to me i saw it with my own eyes.

I saw 2 other people unhappy with services one lady as having a pedicure and then was told she could have her nails done straight away, instead they had her waiting 20 minutes, she walked out.

The lady next to me was trying to tell the technician that her nails were still rough and not buffed properly but the lady did not understand her due to lack of english speaking skill.

Dont go to this place unless you can speak vietnamese, to be able to let them if there is a problem, and even then they still would not fix the issue.

they do have a very wide colour range on the wall for you to pick from.

I walked in to this shop with my 3 year old nephew. My nephew pointed at the lolly jar on the counter and looked at me, straight away without even making eye contact with me, the male behind the counter tried to win me over by opening the lolly jar and holding a lolly out to my nephew. "I said no, no sugar".

My nephew can not have lollies like this, and I would never feed him something like this unhealthy junk the male was trying to get him to eat without my consent. We try to teach him NOT TO TAKE FOOD FROM STRANGERS ESPECIALLY LOLLIES, this is how kids can get tricked and hurt.

He did not say sorry at all my nephew started cracking up, so I started walking out, obviously the male was uncomfortable so he went around and offered everyone a lolly of which nobody accepted. I didn't even get the opportunity to have my nails done as I was very unimpressed by what the male had done. In a nutshell what he did was extremely rude, irresponsible and inconsiderate.
It's 2015 this is NOT acceptable, you ask the adult that the child is with before you go trying to feed their children junk.

The best waxing ive ever had and ive been everywhere!
The waxing is quick, less painfull and ive noticed a massive difference in my hair growth since going here. Ive never had waxing that was so painless :)

I also get my nails done here (acrylics) the end result is always perfection perfectly shaped and done. Most places do uneven nails. The staff are awesome and attentive. The prices are good and worth it. This place is also very clean.

Staff kept masks over mouths as they spoke to me, thats when I should have walked out. Its hard enough to understand bad english let alone through a mask, so rude, lazy and unprofessional.

FACTS
- 3 different people did my nails
- even after I informed staff many times, my nails remained uneven higher one 1 side than on the other one each nail (crooked), Dents in the acrylic, rough, not parallel in length to other hand.

Company motto states Where quality matters ... beautiful nails for beautiful ladies. ( so i guess that makes all males instantly feel discriminated against)

I have never had such poor condition poor quality nails in my life!

Unfortunately I did not see thsi printed on there brochure till after I had been ripped off by them, not delivering what they promote.

Ive been a loyal accoutn holder of this bank for years.

This particular branch almost halways 89% of the time makes errors and mistakes over the counter. I literally stand their and demand to oversee everything they do for me now and even when i do that they are still uneducated in what theya re doing and contact me days later to tell me they have made an arror.

The stuff are negligent, lazy, unatentive, UNETHICAL liars.

I even had 1 young staff member flirt with my husband as he stood next to me when I was the one being deserved not him, she asked his age, what suburb he's from, then continued to ask questions about our marriage, this was all after she asked if we were married she continued making comments on both our appearances.

Another young female served me then continued on her phone call that she was annoyed i had interrupted ( clearly a personal call) neglected to tell me our transaction was finished i stood infront of her for 1.5 mins before she aknowledged me and i said "oh are we finished" she said yes.

Tripple check get names, stamped signed coppies of EVERYTHIBG u doi at this bank as they make far far too many errors sometimes with very very important things.

the staff at one point where asking me how to do their job as they said they had no been thoroughly trained.
