My daughter and I love shopping in Autograph at Frankston. Gemma is particularly awesome. She provides constructive feedback, remembers our preferences, asks about interstate extended family. Honestly we look forward to shopping with Gemma and even pop in every week to say hi even if we don't need to buy something. (we usually walk out with a purchase that she has recommended) The downside is obviously I can't get you an email address as they don't list one. I struggle with their returns policy. They can't return a faulty product for cash without a receipt which is a nonsense. our details and what we buy are in their computer system so the proof of purchase is with them. Last year I purchased a faulty top and I could not get my money back. They (head office) said they could only give me a gift voucher because i did not have a receipt. The gift voucher was only for 60% of the purchase price. HO also said I was the only person that had a problem. This year however the same top EXACTLY has been remade and available for purchse but in a different material. So clearly I was not the only person who had a problem. Given that I spend thousands in that store I felt ripped off. It was not the store who let me down but rather the company. Anyway enjoy shopping in store at Frankston with Gemma and all the other staff.

The clothes are great even if they are a little over priced at times. This years fashions are bright yopung and colourful which is a nice change from black. The new manager Kerry is knowledgable and friendly. The sales yesterday were fantastic. I do not like or agree with there returns policy. Since City Chic is an exclusive brand proof of purchase is on the label.
