In my experience, this agency does not take care of your property, they allowed the tenant to have dogs at my property even though this was not allowed. They also allowed changes to my property without my knowledge or consent. When I finally decided I'd had enough I ended my management agreement and they tried to charge me to do so!. Also be very vigilant in checking trades invoices from them, they charged me much more for work than I got quotes for.
