Good service, staff is always at hand and very helpful. I have a bigger size feet and always find it hard to find shoes that fit properly, but now they've taken in bigger shoes and I am happy :)

Good customer service, when someone is at hand. Large store and has everything you need in one store. It is a little bit expensive, but that's what it is when it is good quality.

Bad service. I asked for help and they responded it's not my section. I would have been happy if they'd offer to get someone to help me. I ended up going to another store to buy the same thing at a similar price.

Staff pretends like you don't exist. On several occasions I've said out loud to my husband (while close to a staff member) there is no price on this item, I wonder how much it is? On neither occasion has the staff member helped out, they'd just continued their choirs. BAD SERVICE!

A little bit expensive, but great clothes! Staff is wonderful & helpful, which makes me feel comfortable. I always end up buying more than I came for.
