We moved last week with this company, second time in 12 months we have used them, and both times their removalists they send on the day have been outstanding and every interaction with this company is the best we have experienced in a long time. They are so efficient, customer focussed and take every care with your goods. On both occasions we had absolutely no damage to a thing, including walls and doorways taking our belongings inside and out. Keep up the great work, will highly recommend this company many times over, we would never use anyone else, now we have such a great experience.

I found this business online 2 nights before my daughter's 4th birthday party, and were excited about the bags and providing something different from the normal run of the mill bags full of lollies. With us in Melbourne and OzParty bags being in QLD, I thought, what is the chance of having them here on time. Well, I was most impressed by the prompt and very friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, my questions were answered promptly, our order was processed and in express mail the next day, arriving well within time for the party. Thanks so much, it's hard to find such good customer service now a days. Needless to say the bags were a complete hit and I have shared the website with the parents, so hopefully more orders will be coming Sara's way. Keep up the great work
