I have had three "computer" dramas which I have used Geek Lightning to fix. They have always been punctual, professional and have fixed my problems with ease all times. They are very personable and explain things in layman terms which is always appreciated from a computer novice. They have also saved me money by fixing my computer that I thought was dead.
