Having purchased new heads and filters for my Electrolux Vacuum in two different transactions, I have found the service from Vacuum Spot to be fantastic on both occasions. All the goods arrived within 48 hours of ordering them. The technical advice I received from Alec was very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vacuum Spot to my friends.

I Can't comment on value as I've not bought from Vacuum spot, but the clear knowledge and help these guys give via YouTubs and the like has been a great help to me. If this is reflected in their other services, then I can recommend them wholeheartedly.
And if you delivery van goes past Oxford, England Alec, I'll be ordering from you on the next breakdown.

I viewed your 'How to change the motor Dyson DC05 vacuum cleaner' video, bought the motor and filters so easily from your web site. The package arrived in country NSW 2 business days later. I borrowed a T15 thin necked screw driver, came back, sat the vac on the table next to my computer and proceeded to repair my DC05. It took about 30 mins and I just vaccuumed the house!

I'm a middle aged woman and did it solo.
