David deserves way more than 5 stars. You could not find anyone more responsive, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, diligent or committed. Many thanks for dealing so brilliantly with a massive and urgent carpet disaster this weekend and for fitting us in to your very heavy work schedule.
