I'm concerned about Darren. He's a lovely guy, very good at his work and always right onto enquiries and requests but he's not answering. Please, does anyone know how he is?

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone wanting assistance with getting their treadmill fixed. Didn't return calls, or emails. Not responding to requests via their online form. Very disappointing as all the other reviews were so positive.

Darren fixed our Tunturi treadmill, despite our machine being temperamental during the fault-finding process. Darren was determined to resolve the issues and showed great patience and persistence.
Darren was honest, friendly and knowledgeable.
Fantastic service and pricing, as Darren travelled all the way to Cleveland twice and was very organised in having the right parts with him.
Highly recommend this business for all your fitness equipment service and repairs.

Darren came today and fixed my spin cycle's pedal . Great service, texted before he arrived and then also fixed my front door security screen door, now that's awesome service. Would highly recommend him

Excellently service. Rang Darren and was able to get him to come out at a convenient time. Helped liaise with manufacturer and resolve the problems with our exercise bike. Always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely outstanding service. My Horizon Treadmill was throwing errors and I had a "technician" from a local Business attempt to fix it, but was unable to. Darren turned up on time and fixed it within 5 minutes! Will be recommending TRB to all my friends & family.

Treadmill Repairs Brisbane provided a great service. I was able to book a service and repair really quickly and Darren turned up on the time and day that he said he would. My treadmill is now running really well and he gave me some pointers to looking after it so that it continue to work well. What a great professional service!
