We had Raine and Horne Maroubra as tenants and they were the worst we've ever had. During our entire tenancy, we had to constantly call and email them again and again to remind them to fix things, which sometimes they did after 3-6 months, if ever. Many things never got fixed the whole time we were there (talking here about essentials like electrical issues resulting in us having to cook in the dark for the whole time we lived there, just as one of the many examples). When we moved in, the place was filthy, when we moved out, they pointed out every mark that was there before we moved in saying that it was dirty and try to make us pay for it, we had to send proof and make compromises. Avoid rentals with this agency at all cost!

We are using Raine & Horne Maroubra as tenants. Let me tell you they provide an excellent service. They always call back when you ask them, very polite and accommodating. We never had any worries or issues with them. Well done, guys!
